Interactive Sustainable Tourism Action Plan
A sustainable tourism strategy and action plan has been published for 2010-15. This sets out our vision for sustainable tourism in the Forest of Bowland AONB, and the aims for achieving this. Like the Interactive Management Plan the Interactive Sustainable Tourism Action Plan is the first of its kind, allowing partners working on actions and objectives within this action plan to log updates on-line, allowing everyone viewing the plan to view progress.
Several of the actions in the management plan and in the sustainable tourism action plan are the same, so to ensure consistency and effectiveness in reporting the two plans have been linked so that updating one plan automatically updates the other.
