Future Landscapes - Annual Conference 2007
11th October at Slaidburn Village Hall
A successful event was held at the new Slaidburn Village Hall. We had an inspiring day looking to the future of the Forest of Bowland AONB.
During the day we:
- celebrated the landscapes of the Forest Bowland.
- found out more about the European Landscape Convention.
- considered how climate change might affect the AONB and what we can do about it.
- showcased various Forest of Bowland projects.
- input our views for the forthcoming management plan review.
- enjoyed a delicious local lunch.

Walk of the Month:
A wonderful time of the year to enjoy the range of wildfowl to be seen at Stocks Reservoir.
