Environmental Education

Following on from four years of working with RSPB to provide learning opportunities to primary schools in the Forest of Bowland, both in the classroom and on farms, the Forest of Bowland is now looking to develop a suite of on-line educational resources which will encourage schools to use the AONB more. We are aware that there are a number of good resources already available, and would want to promote these, whilst also identifying and designing new resources as appropriate. We will be focussing initially on farm based education.

We will be reporting back on progress of the project soon.  For more details contact cathy [dot] hopley [at] lancashire [dot] gov [dot] uk Tel: 01200 448000
